Carl Schmidt

I am widely recognized for my achievements in wrestling, having competed as a Division 1 wrestler at Drexel University. In 2016, I began my journey in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Daniel Tavares BJJ Academy and soon developed a passion for the sport. My dedication and skills have led to multiple victories in IBJJF and NAGA tournaments across various years and belt levels.

Today, I share my expertise by teaching a class focused on takedowns and wrestling techniques that enhance the practice of Jiu-Jitsu.
